Objective:  describe the filmed space while maintaining the physicality of the projection.   The task of the performer is to carry out this process, and objectify light by painting it out in negative.

Photograph notes:  The photograph starts with a blank canvas, the photographed set.  Everything is put there including light. Use primary materials; light backdrop paper etc. produce virtual tactility by manipulating materials, tearing, and cutting.

Photograph notes: an unlit studio is populated with materials, to be viewed by the one eyed camera. The studio is then illuminated by light, and then recorded by the camera. Light and Space is the subject of the photograph.
